Documents Required for Individual Registration in the ATSDA Registry

A. Individual American Tundra Shepherd Dog previously registered through the ATSDA.

  • Original ATSDA registration certificate indicating the registration information and seal.
  • Original hip certification (By OFA or Penn Hip if not indicated on the ATSDA registration certificate).
  • Registration fee of $20.00 per dog.

B. Individual American Tundra Shepherd Dogs previously registered through GKC or other club/registry:

  • The registration documents from the original registering club or organization (such as GKC.) will be examined and checked for accuracy and authenticity by the ATSDA Breed Registry Office.
  • All individual dogs to be registered with the ATSDA Breed Registry must be tattooed, microchipped or DNA profiled.
  • Original GKC or other club/registry registration certificate and certified three generation pedigree.
  • All individual dogs to be registerd with the ATSDA must be examined by an ATSDA certified Breed Warden.
  • Original hip certification by OFA & Penn Hip.
  • Registration fee of $20.00 per dog.
  • Individual Registration Application completed and signed by the owner of the dog.
  • Statement of Identification completed and signed by a Breed Warden, Licensed Veterinarian, Member of the Breed Advisory Committee.
